Key-locked shred bins are left at your facility for the direct deposit of documents to be shredded.  Multiple bins strategically placed allow for greater facility coverage and minimizes the margins for error.  Employees handling sensitive or secret information may securely deposit materials themselves into the shred bins.
The only persons with key entry access to the shred bins are the route driver, your specified overseeing employee, and the destruction supervisor in our plant.
Expanco’s route trucks are locked during transportation and only opened during the bin loading and unloading process.  The trucks are never left unattended while open.
The Expanco facility is under live camera surveillance twenty-four hours a day and has security alarms on every access to the destruction area.  Only authorized employees are allowed in the holding and document destruction area.  Visitors are only allowed in the facility when accompanied by an authorized staff member.
Expanco provides a certificate of destruction stating your documents have been shredded and disposed of properly. Expanco provides document destruction solutions in compliance with FACTA, HIPAA/HITECH, and Federal, industry, state and local regulations.
Expanco employees undergo a thorough drug screen and background check prior to starting with us, and are randomly screened and checked on an ongoing basis.
